Mourad Louadah
Co-Founder of MIEAA and CEO of Iris Jc Industrial
Mr. Mourad Louadah is the co-founder of MIEAA and brings more than 30 years of industrial sector know-how. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing, transferring, and delivering technology-driven products and services for local markets.
Mr. Louadah has played a pivotal role in establishing an ecosystem for the Algerian energy transition, as a founding member of the Algerian Solar Energy Cluster, president of the national commission for renewable energy and energy efficiency for the FCE (Forum des Chefs d’entreprise) for 4 years and member and representative of the Algerian government at the climate change conference COP22/CMP12, Marrakesh.
Before establishing MIEAA, Mr. Louadah also founded and is CEO of Iris JC Industrial, an Algerian EPC company for Renewables and Logistics. In addition to over 12 years with Iris JC Industrial, Mr. Louadah served as Chairman and CEO of the family group business: Société Industrielle Méditerranéenne-SIMED, Promeuble, and SimandCo. As of March 2021, Mr. Louadah was appointed as the president of the commission for renewable energies, energy transition, and energy efficiency for the CGEA (Confédération Générale des Entreprises Algériennes).
Mr. Louadah has three diplomas; Industrial Electronics, Research in renewable technologies, and Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and he received his Master of Business Administration from ESSA Business School on behalf of Audencia Nantes School of Management.
