Company Overview
MIEAA is a Joint Venture company between the owners of McHale and IRIS located in Algiers, Algeria. Through working closely with its clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors, it offers engineering services and product solutions for the benefit of its customers that boost local economic and social development, which is non-sector specific. MIEAA is based in a long term family owned business culture focused on a multigenerational growth plan that invests not only in the company but in the local Algerian and regional markets.
Our success plan is based in the combining of experience and expertise of our partners into MIEAA for the benefit of our clients. MIEAA operates as its own independent entity that can call upon McHale and IRIS when strategically advantaged to do so for the benefit of the client and the company. Through resource sharing, MIEAA will be advantaged with the combined experience and resources of both McHale and IRIS, while having a local Algerian contingent which can grow as the company’s market share grows. This will give MIEAA the flexibility and efficiency of a small company while being able to take on large projects that would normally require a more mature company with extensive resources to execute. It is with this organization that MIEAA will be able to grow as the market grows in the MENA region.
